Avatars are exclusive within your brokerage/office. We do not assign the same avatar to multiple agents inside the same office. However, avatars may be used in other markets or brokerages outside your organization.

We recommend agents stick with the same avatar for branding consistency. If a change is needed, the managing broker or office contact can request an update, typically at the start of a new month.

Videos are delivered via a shared Google Drive folder, with separate subfolders for each agent. Files are social-ready and can be posted on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or used in email and CRM campaigns.
