10 Reasons We Love Cresswind in Lakewood Ranch

With almost 40 neighborhoods to choose from in Lake Ranch, the decision on where to live definitely could be overwhelming. But if you're an active adult 55 years and older, you're going to want to stick around. It's the 10 reasons we love Cresswind. Alright, in no particular order, number one on our list of why we love Cresswind are the options.

There are 19, count them, 19 different floor plans. They range anywhere from a little over 1,500 ft to well over 3,500 ft and we love that you have the option of single-story homes as well as two-story homes and in a lot of these models you can add additional rooms. That's cool.

Alright, coming into number two, why we love Cresswind is that it is only one of two neighborhoods in all of Lakewood Ranch specifically designed for active adults 55 years and older. Alright, coming in at number three on the list goes hand in hand with number two on the list: You can have an active lifestyle community with a ton of recreational facilities. We're talking about tennis and pickleball, there's a resort-style swimming pool, there's a resistance pool for working out, and there's a hot tub so much to do in this community.

Alright, next up is the clubhouse. The clubhouse is just stunningly gorgeous. It is the hub for fun for socializing and meeting your neighbors. Of course, that's where the fitness center is, that is where the yoga studio is that is where their arts and craft studio is so much to do.

. Alright, next up on the list of things that we love about Cresswind, is it's maintenance-free. That's a good thing, right? You don't want to spend your time mowing the lawns, pulling out weeds, trimming trees, right? Leave that up to somebody else to do, so you can enjoy all the activities that Cresswind has to offer. We love the fact that Cresswind is a gated community. It gives a sense of security and privacy for the residents so they can enjoy peaceful living. Alright, coming in, if we're keeping track, I think that is number seven. We love that, first of all, there is a full-time lifestyle activity director on premises who does a lot of planning of activities and events, concerts, and social gatherings. A great way for you to meet your neighbors, a great way for you to socialize, and just have some fun.

Okay, coming in at number eight, this one I thought was rather interesting because as far as I can tell there is no other community in Lakewood Ranch that has this kind of thought process or this mindset, and that's obviously they have award-winning lifestyle programs, but it's specifically focusing on fitness, relationships, education, and entertainment. I've not seen any other community within Lakewood Ranch kind of have that premise. It's pretty cool, right?

Alright, next up on the list is the beautiful location. Cresswind is located off of Uihlein Road, if you had to put a marker on it, I'd say kind of North Central Lakewood Ranch, and it is just gorgeous, and it's close to everything you need in Lakewood Ranch.
