🚘 Traffic Is Real (Especially During School & Soccer Events)

Greenbrook Boulevard and Lorraine Road can get backed up twice a day with school traffic. Add in massive weekend soccer tournaments at the Premier Sports Campus, and you’ve got a lot of cars and not a lot of patience.

Also, with State Road 70 currently under major construction, expect delays. The road is expanding from two lanes to six in some areas—set to finish sometime around 2027 (maybe).

🏚️ Homes Are Older

Most homes were built between 2002 and 2010. While many have been updated (including ours), some still have older:

• Kitchens

• Bathrooms

• Roofs (many are being replaced right now)

It’s not a bad thing—just know what to expect during showings. This is where having a hyper-local agent can save you from surprises.
